Sub Bau Networks terminates the season by dusting off the Mail Art Concept, inviting 34 artists who each supplied a mini-installation in a "Sweden Package". A special brand of viewing box assemblage now resides in the windows of Sub Baus facing Sveagatan, where they can be seen during summer. Today's opening exhibition also features a number of performance artists. The inner room is reserved for Valand Students Jonas Ahl and Patrik Dahlberg who execute bankrupcy sales of surplus supply from Galleri Styv Kuling - paintings of naval motif. deceased on Sweden's Delebration Day. The second room i reserved for Dana Sederowsky alias "Doctor Dana" who administers a drop-in reception those in need, Chef Thomas Nilsson lets the starving people run the "Hell Taster" wheel, a name suggesting surprising taste sensations. There's also a song performane by Katrina Palm. And Lisa Strömbeck's video Lady in Red is running. It is a four minute movie featuring Lisa in a clinical cleaning-up act accompanied by Chris de Burgh's plague from the 80s. Additional action is up the the audience of the day.
