The Brainstorm Meeting saw a development of the Project as follows

The Project

Participitating artists Bo Melin/Andreas Nilsson, Måns Wrange, Jörgen
Svensson, Annika Lundgren/Jacob Kamp, Elin Wikström, Christel
Sverre/Elisabeth Mathisen, Stefan Karlsson, and Roger Sarjanen will each
take a trip to a geographical or mental location in order to depict it
in text, images, sound, etc. The various forms of these portrays are
taken from travel guides/projects/art works.

The Exhibition

Standard Konstförmedling will hire an exhibition site in Nordstan for
five days (16-20 September). The Transport Exhibition is set up in a
display where the work (travel guides/projects/art works) is presented.
These presentations could be videoes, photographs, and other objects.
The opening will be held in September 16, 13.00, at Nordstan. Various
lectures and traveller's taleswill also be presented during the exhibition time. We've chosen Nordstan as it is an interesting exhibition place, and we want
to present art to a new and broader audience, and also because we see the
attraction of presenting contemporary art in a different environment.

Website

Standard Konstförmedling is building a website, a virtual Transport
Exhibition at which the travel giudes/projects/art works will be
available as downloadable PDF-files. The site will also contain images
and texts from our preparation meeting, CVs of the participants, their
earlier work, and other information about the project. This site will
function as exhibition after the real exhibition is over.
